Do you supply screening louvres? The short answer is yes. Ventüer provides a range of economical and effective screening louvres, including the VL-50CM, VL-100CM, VL-70S, and VL-55S.
Ventüer’s screening louvres are designed primarily for visual screening and basic airflow, rather than heavy rain defence or noise control. They are typically used to conceal plant equipment, services, or ductwork behind a visually consistent façade while providing passive airflow without significant resistance. Screening louvres also serve as decorative façade elements for inactive or blanked-off sections within multi-bank louvre systems.
The VL-50CM Screening Louvre is a good example, featuring a 50mm blade. It shares the same frame and concealed mullion system as some of Ventüer’s higher-performance louvres but is optimised for screening, providing excellent airflow with a low pressure drop. It is not designed for high rain defence or acoustic attenuation. Its key attributes are visual concealment, low pressure drop, and good ventilation, making it ideal for plant enclosures or façade screens.
Screening louvres are most suitable when the primary goal is to hide services or achieve a consistent façade and there are no demanding weather or acoustic requirements. For stand-alone screening applications outside a project’s structural engineering scope, Ventüer can provide PS1 engineering for secondary structures if required.
